THE EXPERIENCE: [*IMAGINE*] An intimate evening of exquisite food cooked by the illustrious Max Ablicki, on site, over an open fire at the No Name Farmstead in Biddeford, Maine. Stay warm inside the barn while you chat and sip your favorite beverage or gather around the flame and watch dinner being prepared. A moody playlist as the backdrop. You can simply join us for dinner but if you choose the full experience, you’ll get sized and fitted by me, master hat maker, Meg Patti, for the custom hat I will craft for you (and/or your special someone) in the weeks to follow.

Dinner Details:

• For dinner, we’ll enjoy a meal that reconnects us to our roots with an open fire dinner experience. A full dinner cooked over the flames and in the ashes. The dinner will feature fresh and simple ingredients and the beautiful, natural flavors only created by hours over an open flame. You can watch the food as it cooks while enjoying a drink standing by the fire as it’s prepared, making you a special part of the process. Together, we’ll serve our dinner in an eclectic, fun and rustic dining space created for unforgettable moments.

• Note: You’ll have the opportunity when you purchase your seat at the table to let us know your dietary restrictions so that Max can build the menu accordingly. Additionally, please bring your own drinks of choice as we are not licensed to serve alcohol.

Custom Hat Details:

• On the night of dinner, I’ll measure your head to determine your hat size and use a special tool to capture the shape of your head so that I am able to build a hat that fits you better than any you’ve worn before. At this time we can also discuss any specific details you already have in mind for your hat, but it is perfectly fine if you don’t have a specific vision at this point. In the weeks to follow, I will collaborate with you to discern your style and taste to bring your custom hat to life. No big decisions need to be made on this night, just sit back, relax, and enjoy the magic of the evening.
