My name is Meg and I’m the owner of Mad Patti Hat Co.. I’m proud to keep the age old trade of hat making alive right here in Maine. Working in my attic shop, I am handcrafting custom and ready to wear hats the old fashioned way. While my work, as I like to put it, serves up old-timey artisanship laced with riddles and romance of the lost and forgotten, I also infuse my own artistically driven techniques to truly make one of a kind wearable pieces of art. In an age of technology and mass production, Mad Patti Hat Co. embraces slow, mindful, fashion. As such, the tagline of the business is Guilty of Murdering Time.

Founded in 2019, to date, we have made hats for hundreds of incredible people and special occasions including, but not limited to artists, musicians, authors, athletes, weddings, the Presidential Inauguration, the Super Bowl and an NHL number retirement ceremony!
